Performs in “A Suffocatingly Lonely Death”

On July 11, it was announced that EXILE performer and FANTASTICS leader Daiki Sato will appear in Yomiuri/Nippon Television’s July Sunday drama series, “A Suffocatingly Lonely Death” (starting July 7, every Sunday at 10:30 pm), starring Ryo Narita. Sato will play Jun Suzuki, a junior detective to the main character, Jin Saeki.

The story begins with the case of the Haikawa residence, commonly known as the Haikawa mansion, where the skeletal remains of 13 children were found in a single, unpopular house. Detective Saeki pursues the truth of the case. Kanon Hasumi (Ai Yoshikawa), a mysterious beautiful woman who used to live in the mansion, calls the owner of the mansion and suspect in the case, Juzo Haikawa (Fumiyo Kohinata), her “father” and insists that Haikawa is not the murderer. Who in the world took the children’s lives, and for what purpose? And what is the relationship between Haikawa and the children?

Suzuki, played by Sato, is a junior member of the First Detective Section of the Yamanashi Prefectural Police Fujiyama North Police Station, to which Saeki belongs, and is always with Saeki in order to learn the basics of investigation.
