TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s Soobin gave his fans a Valentine’s Day gift.

Today (January 14), through TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s official channel, a cover video and soundtrack of “Forest” sung by Soobin were released.
“Forest” is a song from singer-songwriter Choi Yuri’s 2020 single “Swimming,” with a gentle keyboard melody.

Soobin arranged the original song with an acoustic guitar-centered arrangement, creating an unassuming yet warm atmosphere. Here, his pleasant bass tone combines with the lyrics to comfort the listener.

In the released video, one can feel the quiet and deep atmosphere that is unique to Soobin. He enters a dark room with a small light on. The somewhat tired-looking back of the actor exudes a sense of loneliness. Soobin’s dazed expression and melancholy gaze, combined with the gentle melody of “Forest,” stimulate the senses. At the end of the video, the scene where he finally takes a step outside in the space of one person and runs strongly toward somewhere leaves a mysterious aftertaste.

Through BIGHIT MUSIC, Soobin said, “I usually listen to Choi Yuri’s songs, and ‘Forest’ is another song I’ve always loved. The lyrics in particular resonate with me as if it were my own story. I wanted MOA (fans of TOMORROW X TOGETHER) to hear it once with my voice,” he said, explaining why he chose this song.

TOMORROW X TOGETHER will hold the “2024 TXT FANLIVE PRESENT X TOGETHER” on March 2 and 3 at the Olympic Park Handball Stadium in Songpa-gu, Seoul. Membership users will be able to watch the March 3 performance on Weverse Live for free.
