The 11-member global boy group JO1 surprise-released a special movie of their Christmas song “Dear Santa.”

The song was written by member Takumi Kawanishi, who also wrote the lyrics and composed the music.

During the surprise performance of “JO1DER SHOW 2024 ‘WHEREVER WE ARE’” in Hyogo, Takumi said, “I have a song I want to deliver to you on this wonderful occasion of our 5th anniversary! I will sing this song together with everyone at JO1, expressing my gratitude for all the love and support from everyone at JAM (their fandom name) that has helped us get this far.”

The surprise release of the special movie shows JO1 enjoying the Christmas party, and the lyrics, “I’m having too much fun even decorating the house,” expresses how the members are enjoying Christmas to the fullest.
