On January 9, the YouTube channel “BANGTAN TV” posted a video titled “[n month seokjin] Message from Jin:Jan 2023”.

On that day, JIN began by saying, “I am not in society right now, but this is how I greet you all again,” and added, “I wanted to leave something, even a greeting, for you all, so I put the video on. It has been a month since JIN enlisted in the military last month.

JIN then said, “I’m currently filming for ‘Running Man'” and “Whenever I have a schedule, I want to leave a video or a record of it so that I can show it to you all as well as I can and say hello to you,” and informed the fans that the video was taken in advance.

JIN also said, “I can’t be with you right now, but I will visit you anytime, so just wait a little and I will show up right away. If I have a chance next time, I will visit you all with a video,” he finished his speech.

Meanwhile, JIN entered the 5th Division Recruit Training Corps in Yeoncheon, Kyunggido (Gyeonggi-do) on December 13, 2022. After completing his military service, Jin is scheduled to be discharged in June 2024.
